Consumer dispute resolution
PräferenzPilot is aimed exclusively at businesses (B2B). We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). A reference to the former EU platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) is omitted, as it has not been operated since 20 July 2025.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws, pursuant to § 7(1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected.

Our offering may contain links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We cannot accept any liability for that third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for it. If we become aware of legal infringements, we will remove such links without delay.
